Hyphen Deux Signs Strategic MoU with VNMPW/CC

Following the official launch of the Vietnam National Semiconductor Chip Prototyping Support Center ( VNMPW/CC ) on 26 June 2026, Hyphen Deux is pleased to announce the signing of a strategic Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) with the Center, marking an important milestone in strengthening Vietnam’s semiconductor innovation ecosystem.

Established to support the country’s semiconductor development strategy, VNMPW/CC serves as a national platform for chip prototyping, packaging, testing, design enablement, and industry collaboration. The Center is expected to play a key role in accelerating the commercialization of semiconductor technologies developed by Vietnamese enterprises and research institutions.

Under the MoU, Hyphen Deux and the Vietnam National Semiconductor Chip Prototyping Support Center will collaborate on semiconductor research, IC design, prototype fabrication, and commercialization activities. The partnership also establishes a framework for joint project development, technical collaboration, ecosystem connectivity, and industry engagement to help bring innovative semiconductor solutions from design to production.

As part of the collaboration, Hyphen Deux will contribute its expertise in semiconductor design and ecosystem development by supporting strategic initiatives, fostering partnerships, and exploring opportunities for joint research and prototype projects. In parallel, VNMPW/CC will provide access to prototyping capabilities, design enablement resources, technical support, packaging and testing services, as well as connections to manufacturing partners and innovation support programs.

Vietnam’s semiconductor ecosystem is rapidly expanding, with approximately 60 chip design companies, 7,000 IC design engineers, and 166 universities offering semiconductor and related academic programs (MOST).

This partnership reinforces Hyphen Deux’s commitment to advancing the “Design in Vietnam – Make in Vietnam” vision by working closely with national partners to accelerate the development of indigenous semiconductor technologies and strengthen Vietnam’s position in the global semiconductor value chain.
